摘要
本文介绍了MAQUET Servo-i呼吸机的二例电源故障。一例是MAQUET Servo-i呼吸机主AC/DC开关电源(PC1955E电路板)无12 V直流电压输出,不能正常开机;另一例是DC/DC板(PC1778电路板)N28插座无12 V直流电压输出,导致该呼吸机有报警声、显示黑屏、触摸按键失灵。运用在线测量和根据电子元器件排列勾画电路图等维修方法,根据故障现象和电子线路理论知识容易查找和判断损坏的电子元器件,缩短维修时间。通过对MAQUET Servo-i呼吸机电源故障的分析和检修,既能提高医工维修医疗设备开关电源的理论和实操水平,也能更好地保障医疗设备的稳定运行,节约医院维修费用。
This article introduced two cases of power faults in the MAQUET Servo-i ventilator.Case 1 was that the main AC/DC switching power supply(PC1955E circuit board)of the MAQUET Servo-i ventilator had no 12 Vdc voltage output and could not be turned on normally;Case 2 was that the N28 socket of the DC/DC board(PC1778 circuit board)had no 12 Vdc voltage output,causing the ventilator to have an alarm sound,black screen display and touch button failure.Using maintenance methods such as online measurement and drawing circuit diagrams according to the arrangement of electronic components,it was easy to find and judge damaged electronic components according to the fault phenomenon and theoretical knowledge of electronic circuits,and to shorten the maintenance time.Through the analysis and maintenance of the power faults of MAQUET Servo-i ventilator,it can not only improve the theoretical and practical level of medical equipment maintenance referring to switching power supply,but also better ensure the stable operation of medical equipment and save hospital maintenance costs.
