摘要
目的分析食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血内镜下止血治疗的护理措施。方法选取2018年8月至2019年8月我院收治的50例食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血患者作为本次研究的对象,按照抛硬币的方法随机分为观察组和对照组,其中观察组26例,对照组24例。对照组进行常规护理,观察组进行全面优质护理,比较两组止血成功率、再出血发生率及护理效果总满意度。结果两组患者止血成功率相近,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组再出血发生率(3.85%)较对照组(25.00%)低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理总满意度(96.15%)较对照组(70.83%)高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血内镜下止血治疗期间,为患者进行全面优质护理干预,可有效降低出血复发的概率,提升患者对护理效果的满意度。
Objective To analyze the nursing measures of endoscopic hemostasis treatment for esophageal and gastric varices.Methods A total of 50 patients with esophageal and gastric varices rupture and bleeding admitted to our hospital from August 2018 to August 2019 were selected as the objects of this study.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group according to the coin toss method,including 26 cases in the observation group and 24 cases in the control group.Routine nursing was conducted for the control group,and comprehensive highquality nursing was conducted for the observation group.The success rate of hemostasis,the incidence of rebleeding and the total satisfaction degree of nursing effect were compared between the two groups.Results The success rate of hemostasis was similar between the two groups,with no significant difference(P>0.05).The incidence of rebleeding in the observation group(3.85%)was lower than that in the control group(25.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of nursing effect in the observation group(96.15%)was higher than that in the control group(70.83%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion During the endoscopic hemostasis treatment of esophageal and gastric varicose vein rupture bleeding,the patients should receive comprehensive and high-quality nursing care,effectively reduce the chance of bleeding recurrence,and improve the patients'overall satisfaction with the nursing effect.
