摘要
随着经济的快速发展,人民的生活水平不断提升。但是经过时间推移,城市中的老旧小区就会无法满足人们的需求,同时这些小区因为老旧也会产生很多问题,所以现阶段需要提出对老旧小区的改造方案。文章主要是为了帮助人们建设更好的城市为发展目标,根据现阶段老旧小区面临的问题,提出了可以在老旧小区上重新加层、将地上地下可利用的空间重新开发、对老旧小区增添植被和智能化设施等进行改造等方案,来实现对老旧小区改造新模式的探索。
With the rapid development of economy,the quality of people's living standards have been constantly improved.But as time goes by,the old community in the city has been unable to meet the needs of people.At the same time,these residential areas also appear a lot of problems because of their old age,so at this stage,it is necessary to put forward transformation plan for the old communities.This paper is mainly to help people build a better city for the development goals.According to the problems faced by the old residential area at present,it puts forward some schemes,such as adding new layers on the old residential area,redeveloping the space available on the ground and underground,adding vegetation and intelligent facilities to the old residential area,to realize the exploration of the new mode of the old residential area reconstruction.
