摘要
目的:探讨冥想训练联合龟鹿二仙汤加减治疗轻症阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer Disease,AD)的疗效。方法:选取2018年11月-2020年11月在南阳医专第二附属医院神经内科治疗的轻症老年AD患者96例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各48例。对照组采用常规西医加精神干预治疗,观察组采用冥想训练联合龟鹿二仙汤加减治疗。比较两组临床治疗效果,观察两组患者治疗前、治疗3个月后躯体功能、认知功能的改善情况。结果:观察总有效率高于对照组(P <0.05)。治疗3个月后,两组患者简易精神状态评定表(Mini-mental State Examination,MMSE)评分、剑桥老年认知量表(Cambridge Cognitive Examination-Chinese Version,CAMCOG)评分均升高,且观察组MMSE评分、CAMCOG评分高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:冥想训练联合龟鹿二仙汤加减治疗AD疗效确切,能减轻患者躯体功能及认知功能缺损程度,提高患者日常生活能力,具有良好的临床应用价值。
Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of meditation training plus the Guilu Erxian decoction(龟鹿二仙汤)on mild Alzheimer’s disease.Methods:A total of 96 elderly patients with mild Alzheimer’s disease treated from January 2017 to November 2020 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group by random number table method,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was treated by conventional Western medicine plus mental intervention,while the observation group was treated by meditation training plus the Guilu Erxian decoction.The clinical treatment effect in the two groups was compared,and the improvement of physical function and cognitive function in the two groups was observed before treatment and 3 months after treatment.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,MMSE score and CAMCOG score in two groups were increased,and MMSE score and CAMCOG score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Meditation training plus the Guilu Erxian decoction has a definite effect in the treatment of mild Alzheimer’s disease,it can reduce the patient’s physical function and cognitive function impairment,improve the ability of daily life of patients,and has a good clinical value.
