摘要
伴随综合国力的不断提升,我国与其他国家的文化、贸易往来愈发频繁,交流过程中加强对不同国家文化的尊重,提升跨文化交流能力,能为文化发扬奠定良好基础。通过深入了解饮食文化差异的主要体现,能明确跨文化交际视域下饮食文化翻译原则,并强化对文化差异的尊重,保持文化自信原则进行翻译,以此提升翻译的准确性和科学性。文章针对饮食文化翻译提出一系列意见与建议,期望在跨文化交际视域下提升翻译的准确性。
With the continuous improvement of the comprehensive national establishment, cultural and trade exchanges between our country and other countries have become more frequent. During the exchange process, strengthening the respect for the culture of different countries and enhancing the ability of cross-cultural communication can lay a good foundation for cultural development. Through an in-depth understanding of the main manifestations of differences in food culture, the principles of food culture translation from the perspective of cross-cultural communication can be clarified, and the respect for cultural differences can be strengthened, and the principles of cultural self-confidence can be maintained for translation, so as to improve the accuracy and scientificity of translation. This paper puts forward a series of opinions and suggestions on translation of food culture, hoping to improve the accuracy of translation from the perspective of cross-cultural communication.
