摘要
建立皮肤致敏性体外检测方法LuSens试验,同时评估该方法对我国化妆品原料致敏反应应用的可行性。参考OECD TG442D(Test Guideline No.442D)标准指南建立方法,确定试验可转移性。对13种化妆品原料组分进行检测,其中10种受试物结果与小鼠局部淋巴结试验(local lymph node assay,LLNA)方法的结果一致,与LLNA相比总体准确性为83%(10/12);11种受试物结果与人体数据一致,与人体数据相比总体准确性为100%(11/11)。成功建立了LuSens检测方法并用于部分化妆品原料的致敏性检测,可较好地筛选皮肤化学致敏原。
An in vitro test method,LuSens test for skin sensitization,was established to evaluate the feasibility of this method for sensitization of cosmetic ingredients in China.The method was established according to OECD TG442D and its transferability was investigated.Then 13 chemicals used as cosmetic ingredients were tested.The results of 10 cosmetic ingredients were consistent with their results obtained by LLNA,and the overall accuracy was 83%(10/12)compared with LLNA.The results of 11 cosmetic ingredients were consistent with human data,and the overall accuracy was 100%(11/11)compared with human data.The LuSens method can be applied to predict the sensitization of some cosmetic ingredients,which can sufficiently screen the skin sensitization of chemicals.
