摘要
目的:通过对烟台市零售药店慢性病患者购药行为的抽样调查,探讨影响慢性病患者购药行为的主要影响因素。方法:通过随机抽样调查烟台社区零售药店的慢性病患者,分别以性别、年龄、慢性病种类、病史为探索性因子开展样本调查。采用频数分析、描述性分析的等方法进行统计学分处理。结果:慢性病患者主观态度对药店购药行为意向的影响最显著,零售药店的普及已经对消费者已形成了“大病去医院,小病去药店”的自我药疗意识。结论:加强慢性病病人对药店购药的感知控制力与正向态度,对正确行为意向的产生具有促进作用。药店需要不断强化慢性病服务能力与经营实力,尽可能使患者购药需求得到满足,实现慢性病购药患者的分流,以降低患者医疗与疾病负担。
Objective:To investigate the main influencing factors of drug purchase behavior of patients with chronic diseases through a sample survey of drug purchase behaviors of patients with chronic diseases inretail pharmacies in Yantai City.Methods:A random sampling method was used to conduct a questionnaire survey on chronic disease patients in multiple retail pharmacies in the community of Yantai City.Sample surveys were conducted with sex,age,chronic disease type,and medical history as exploratory factors.Statistical analysis was carried out using methods such as frequency analysis and descriptive analysis.Results:The subjective attitude of patients with chronic diseases has the most significant impact on the intention to purchase drugs in pharmacies.The popularity of retail pharmacies has formed a self-medication consciousness of consumers going to hospitals for serious diseases and pharmacies for minor diseases.Conclusion:It is the most effective way to promote the formation of behavioral intention by strengthening the positive attitude and perception control of patients with chronic diseases to drug purchase in pharmacies.Pharmacies should enhance their business strength and chronic disease management service qualifications to better meetthe needs of patients for drug purchases,divert chronic disease drug consumption groups,and promote the reduction of patient burden and medical burden.
