不同质量分数蔗糖溶液处理对牡丹切花瓶插保鲜的影响

摘要 以牡丹切花品种‘洛阳红’为试验材料,应用不同质量分数的蔗糖溶液对切花进行瓶插处理,分析牡丹切花采后发育适宜瓶插蔗糖的质量分数。结果表明:与CK(对照)相比,A3(ω=2%)、A4(ω=4%)处理明显延缓了牡丹切花衰老,延长切花瓶插寿命,增大切花花径;A3、A4、A5(ω=6%)处理能显著降低花瓣的L^(*)值,同时提高了a^(*)值、b^(*)值和C^(*)值,改善切花的花色品质,其中A5处理由于渗透势过高,导致切花在瓶插后期迅速蓝变萎蔫;A3、A4处理显著延缓花枝鲜质量的变化,抑制细胞内丙二醛的积累,延缓可溶性蛋白的消耗,促进花瓣中花青素苷的合成,表明A3、A4处理能对牡丹切花产生良好的保鲜效果。 Taking the cut tree peony flower variety‘Luoyanghong’as the experimental material,the cut flowers were treated with different mass fractions of sucrose solution,and the sucrose concentration suitable for the postharvest development of cut flowers was analyzed.Compared with CK,A3(ω=2%)and A4(ω=4%)treatments significantly delayed the senescence,prolonged the vase life and increased the diameter of cut flowers.Meanwhile,A3,A4 and A5(ω=6%)treatments significantly reduced the L^(*)value of petals and increased the a^(*)value,b^(*)value and C^(*)value to improve the color quality of cut flowers.Due to the high osmotic potential,the cut flowers under A5 treatment turned blue and wilt rapidly in the late vase period.A3 and A4 treatments noticeably delayed the fresh weight changing rate of flowers,inhibited the accumulation of MDA,delayed the consumption of soluble protein and promoted the synthesis of anthocyanins in petals,indicating that A3 and A4 treatments are able to improve the vase quality of cut tree peony flowers.
