摘要
为探明采石场高陡岩壁不同坡向葛藤生长规律,分别朝东、南、西、北四个方向设置生长坡面,比较坡向对葛藤生长高度、叶形态特征和光合特征等指标的影响,运用主成分分析和隶属函数进行综合评价。结果表明:(1)葛藤累计高生长量东坡最大,5—10月份各坡向生长高度最大值分别出现在南坡、南坡、东坡、北坡、东坡和西坡。(2)叶形态特征中,南坡葛藤叶干物质质量分数最大为0.31 g·g^(-1),北坡葛藤叶片含水量最大为0.72 g·g^(-1),其他叶形态指标变化不显著。(3)叶光合特征中,葛藤叶净光合速率、气孔导度和蒸腾速率,由大到小依次为东坡、南坡、西坡、北坡;胞间CO;摩尔分数,由大到小依次为北坡、西坡、南坡、东坡;叶绿素质量分数东坡和北坡较高,南坡和西坡较低。(4)葛藤生长适宜性综合排序,由大到小依次为东坡、南坡、北坡、西坡。
In order to find out the growth law of Pueraria lobata in different slope directions of the high and steep rock wall of the quarry,the growth slopes were set up in the east,south,west and north directions respectively,and the effects of slope direction on the growth height,leaf morphological characteristics and photosynthetic characteristics of P.lobata were compared.Principal component analysis and membership function were used for comprehensive evaluation.The results show that:(1)The cumulative height growth of P.lobata is the largest in the east slope.From May to October,the maximum growth height of each slope appeared on the south slope,south slope,east slope,north slope,east slope and west slope,respectively.(2)Among the morphological characteristics of leaves,the maximum dry matter content of leaves of P.lobata on the south slope was 0.31 g·g^(-1).The maximum water content of leaves of P.lobata on the north slope was 0.72 g·g^(-1).The changes of other leaf morphological indexes were not significant.(3)Among the photosynthetic characteristics of leaves,the net photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance and transpiration rate of P.lobata leaves were in descending order of east slope,south slope,west slope,and north slope;intercellular CO;concentration wasin descending order of north slope,west slope,south slope,and east slope;chlorophyll content was higher in east slope and north slope,but lower in south slope and west slope.(4)The comprehensive order of suitability of P.lobata is in desceding order of east slope,south slope,north slope and west slope.
