摘要
隧洞在钻爆施工过程中,对于周边围岩存在不可避免的扰动与破坏,固结灌浆作为一种工程中常用的围岩加固手段,受围岩类型、灌浆压力、裂隙开展等不同因素的影响,加固效果差异性较大,为评价其加固效果,通过声波法检测岩体完整性的方式,对比灌浆加固前后围岩波速的提高幅值,以定量分析围岩加固质量。研究结果表明,岩体波速有不同程度的提高,其加固效果满足相应要求,可为同类型工程灌浆加固提供参考。
During the construction of the tunnel by the drilling and blasting method,there is inevitable disturbance and damage to the surrounding rock.Consolidation grouting is a commonly used method of surrounding rock reinforcement in engineering.It is affected by different factors such as the type of surrounding rock,grouting pressure,and crack development.In order to evaluate its reinforcement effect,the sound wave method is used to detect the integrity of the rock mass,and the amplitude of the increase in the wave velocity of the surrounding rock before and after grouting reinforcement is compared to quantitatively analyze the reinforcement quality of the surrounding rock.The research results show that the wave speed of the rock mass has been improved to different degrees,and its reinforcement effect meets the corresponding requirements,which provides a reference for the grouting reinforcement of the same type of engineering.
