在风电场设计制作检测倍福I/O总线端子模块试验台

摘要 雷应山风电场因工作需要逐一检测数量众多的倍福I/O总线端子模块。一方面,由于将每一块总线端子模块安装到风电机组的相对应设备上,检测效率低,而且时常需要进行高处作业;另一方面,从原厂家购买专业检测仪器价格昂贵。因此,雷应山风电场部分员工利用现场条件制作检测倍福I/O总线端子模块的试验台,在不额外投入任何资金或设备的情况下,通过合理地运用倍福公司的Twin⁃CAT 2.0软件的特性编写测试程序和设计测试界面,实现了快速准确地检测总线端子模块的目的。 Leiyingshan wind farm needs to test a large number of Beifu i/o bus terminal modules one by one.On the one hand,as each Bus Terminal was installed on the corresponding equipment of the wind tur⁃bine,the efficiency of the inspection was low,and it was often necessary to operate at height;on the other hand,it was expensive to purchase professional inspection instruments from the original manufacturer.There⁃fore,some employees of Leiyingshan Wind Farm made a test-bed for testing the Beifu I/O Bus Terminals by using the on-site conditions.By reasonably utilizing the feature of Pepperl+Fuchs’TwinCAT 2.0 software to write the test program and design the test interface,the aim of fast and accurate testing of the Bus Ter⁃minals was achieved without any additional investment of money or equipment.
