摘要
目的分析对冠心病PCI术后患者采用稳斑汤联合体外反搏治疗效果。方法选枣庄市薛城区人民医院60例冠心病患者,随机分为2组各30例,对照组常规治疗,试验组中药稳斑汤联合体外反搏干预方式治疗,观察临床疗效。结果干预后,试验组心绞痛症状改善情况、总有效率、VCAM-1、MCP-1、中医证候评分均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论稳斑汤结合体外反搏治疗能显著提高冠心病PCI术后患者疗效,改善中医证候,调节患者血清VCAM-1和MCP-1水平。
Objective To analyze the effect of Wenban decoction combined with external counterpulsation in patients with coronary heart disease after PCI.Methods 60 patients with coronary heart disease in Xuecheng District People’s Hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,and the experimental group was treated with Chinese medicine Wenban decoction combined with external counterpulsation intervention.The clinical effect was observed.Results After intervention,the improvement of angina pectoris symptoms,total effective rate,VCAM-1,MCP-1,and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group,and the difference had significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Wenban decoction combined with external counterpulsation therapy can significantly improve the efficacy of patients with coronary heart disease after PCI,improve traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,and regulate the levels of serum VCAM-1 and MCP-1 in patients.
