摘要
在完全尊重和保护农民农村土地承包所有权的基础上,中国的农民专业合作社在极度分散化的家庭联产承包责任制的基础上创建起来。可以说,农民专业合作社是我国农村生产经营管理体系的未来发展方向和时代创新的体现,是推进我国农业规模经营、集中化发展的关键所在,它将日渐变为我国探寻时代特色农业现代化之路的关键的组织性载体。
On the basis of fully respecting and protecting the contracted ownership of farmers'rural land,Chinese farmers'professional cooperatives have been established on the basis of a highly decentralized household contract system.It can be said that farmers'professional cooperatives are the embodiment of the future development direction of China's rural production and management system and the innovation of the times,and the key to promoting the scale operation and centralized development of agriculture in our country.Thus,it will gradually become the key organizational carrier for our country to explore the road of agricultural modernization with the characteristics of the times.
