摘要 目的研究维生素D在儿童生长发育中的应用价值。方法选取医院2017年12月—2019年12月诊治的120例维生素D缺乏的儿童作为研究对象进行回顾分析,根据患儿的不同治疗方式分为试验组与对照组,每组60例。对照组给予常规治疗,试验组在此基础上补充维生素D治疗,对比两组患儿25-(OH)D的浓度、抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶(tartrate resistant acid phosphatase,TRACP)与骨碱性磷酸酶(bone alkaline phasphatase,BALP)、治疗效果。结果治疗前两组25-(OH)D的浓度、TRACP与BALP水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后试验组25-(OH)D的浓度高于对照组,TRACP低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且两组BALP水平对比显示,治疗后试验组BALP水平(194.14±3.18)L低于对照组(215.63±2.12)L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组与对照组治疗总有效率分别为95.00%、83.33%,试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论维生素D的摄入可以增加儿童体内的维生素D浓度,预防和改善维生素D缺乏引起的相关疾病,对儿童生长发育有较大的帮助,治疗效果较显著。 Objective To study the application value of vitamin D in children’s growth and development.Methods A retrospective analysis of 120 children with vitamin D deficiency diagnosed and treated in our hospital from December 2017 to December 2019 was conducted.According to different treatment methods,the children were divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment,and the experimental group was given vitamin D supplementation on the basis of this treatment.25-(OH)D concentration,tartrate resistant acid phosphatase(TRACP),bone alkaline phasphatase(BALP)and therapeutic effect of two groups were compared.Results There were no significant differences in 25-(OH)D concentration,TRACP and BALP levels between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,25-(OH)D concentration in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,while TRACP was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).And the comparison of BALP levels between the two groups showed that,after treatment,the BALP level of test group(194.14±3.18)L was lower than that of control group(215.63±2.12)L,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the experimental group and the control group was 95.00%and 83.33%,respectively,and the total effective rate of experimental group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Vitamin D intake can increase the concentration of vitamin D in children,prevent and improve the diseases caused by vitamin D deficiency,and have great help to the growth and development of children,the therapeutic effect is remarkable.
