摘要
近年来,包装印刷行业上市公司逐年增多,包装印刷行业的企业竞争格局日趋激烈。本研究回顾总结了2021年资本市场的最新政策及发展现状,对包装印刷上市公司2021年总体经营情况和包装印刷企业首次公开发行上市(IPO)排队情况进行了分析,然后,重点研究了2021年包装印刷板块企业IPO审核关注的主要问题及终止审核原因。最后对包装印刷行业拟IPO企业提出了具体上市建议。
In recent years,the listed companies in the packaging and printing industry are also increasing year by year,and the corporate competition landscape in the packaging and printing industry has shown an increasingly concentrated trend.Based on reviewing and summary of the latest policies and development status of the capital market in 2021 in this study,the operation of listed packaging and printing companies and the IPO queuing situation were analyzed.The main issues of IPO audit of packaging and printing companies in 2021 and the reasons for termination of audit were studied.Finally,the specific listing suggestions for the IPO path of packaging and printing companies was put forward.
