摘要
思想道德修养与法律基础课(以下简称基础课)作为落实立德树人根本任务的关键课程之一,与心理咨询工作在目标、内容、方法上具有一致性。将心理咨询中的倾听、共情、自我暴露、保护和澄清等技术运用于老区高校基础课教学中,具有必要性和可行性,有助于培养大学生积极向上的健康心态,提高大学生心理健康素质和思想道德素质。
The course of Ideological and Moral Cultivation and Legal Basis(hereinafter referred to as the basic course)as one of the key courses of the fundamental task to cultivate people with practical morality is consistent with the psychological counseling work in terms of goals,contents and methods.It is necessary and feasible to apply such techniques as listening,empathy,self-exposure,protection and clarification in the teaching of"basic"courses in colleges of old areas,which is conducive to the cultivation of positive and healthy attitude of college students and the improvement of their mental health quality,ideological and moral quality.
