摘要
对高粘乳化沥青、水性环氧沥青、橡胶沥青和SBS改性沥青4种不同防水粘结层材料的复合件拉拔强度进行试验;确定4种材料的最佳构造深度分别为0.8、0.8、1.2、0.8 mm,最佳喷洒量分别为0.8、1.0、1.8、1.4 kg/m2。并进行不同温度下的复合件拉拔试验和附着力试验。结果表明:随着温度升高,4种沥青的粘结性能迅速下降,并且复合件拉拔强度下降趋势相同,在35℃时失去粘结能力;水性沥青材料的附着力明显低于热沥青,在35℃时降至0.1 MPa以下,热沥青在50℃时附着力接近于0。构建了复合件拉拔强度和附着力对应关系,以不同温度下的附着力计算复合件拉拔强度具有极高的准确性。
The tensile strength of the composite of high viscosity emulsified asphalt,water-based epoxy asphalt,rubber asphalt and SBS modified asphalt was tested.The optimal structural depths of the four materials were determined to be 0.8,0.8,1.2 and 0.8 mm,and the optimal spraying amounts were 0.8,1.0,1.8 and 1.4 kg/m2,respectively.The results of drawing strength test and adhesion test of composite parts at different temperatures show that:with the increase of temperature,the bonding performance of 4 asphalts decreases rapidly.In addition,the drawing strength of the composite declined with the same trend,and it lost its bonding ability at 35℃.The adhesion strength of 0 were obviously lower than that of hot asphalt,and was dropped below 0.1 MPa at 35℃,hot asphalt was closed to 0 at 50℃.The corresponding relationship was constructed between the drawing strength of composite parts and the adhesion strength,the drawing strength of composite parts was calculated by adhesion strength at different temperature,the calculation result was reliable.
