摘要
管幕隧道施工对既有上覆管线附加位移有着显著的影响,根据附加位移可以计算既有管线的形变和内力变化,附加位移的确定是验算既有管线形变和强度要求的关键。管幕隧道施工对上覆既有管线附加位移的影响包括注浆压力引起的既有管线向上隆起和隧道开挖引起的既有管线向下沉陷两个部分。分别采用劈裂注浆理论和随机介质理论计算得到的地表竖向位移的修正值作为两种作用下引起的既有管线位置处土体竖向位移的代表值。通过两者的叠加得到管幕隧道施工引起的上覆既有管线总的附加位移,并给出了两种理论下的修正参数建议表。研究结果表明,文中提出的方法和修正参数建议表能够适用于浅埋管幕隧道工程对上覆既有管线竖向附加位移的计算。
The additional displacement of the existing pipeline can be calculated according to the additional displacement. The determination of the additional displacement is the key to check the deformation and strength requirements of the existing pipeline. The influence of curtain tunnel construction on the additional displacement of the existing pipeline includes two parts: the upward uplift of the existing pipeline caused by grouting pressure and the downward subsidence of the existing pipeline caused by tunnel excavation. The vertical displacement of the ground surface calculated by the split grouting theory and the random medium theory is used as the representative value of the vertical displacement of the soil at the position of the existing pipeline caused by the two actions. The total additional displacement of the existing overlying pipeline caused by the construction of pipe curtain tunnel is obtained by superposition of the two. The proposed table of modified parameters under the two theories is also given. The results show that the proposed method and suggested table of modified parameters can be used to calculate the vertical additional displacement of the existing overlying pipelines in shallow buried pipe curtain tunnel engineering.
