摘要
为适应国家双一流建设下拔尖创新人才培养的迫切需求,高等学校在“新工科”框架下相继开启了以“宽口径、夯基础、重交叉、强实践”为特色的教改探索,着力培养各类创新型、应用型、复合型优秀人才,以满足新技术、新产业、新业态和新模式为特征的新经济发展。文章以理工科大学基础课程的改革为例,提出基础课程的教学内容要重视理论和实践的融合发展,分析了新形势下基础课程课改的具体思路、方法、实践、措施和效果,并探究了组建教学团队、创新教学内容、改革教学模式、优化考核方式、加强思政教育等一系列举措对推进课程融合发展、培养高质量人才的重要意义。
In order to adapt to the urgent needs of training innovative talent under double first-class university project, higher education begins to explore the teaching reforms featuring “broadening the caliber, consolidating the foundation, paying attention to the cross-integration of disciplines and strengthening the practices”, which at last serve for the development of the new economy characterized by new technologies, new industries, new forms of business and new models. In this paper, it is proposed that the teaching contents of basic courses should pay attention to the cross-integration development of theory and practice. Also, the specific ideas, methods, practices,measures and effects in the basic curriculum reform are analyzed, and the significances of the reforming measures are explored for cultivating high-quality talents, such as establishing teaching teams, innovating teaching contents, reforming teaching modes, optimizing assessment modes and strengthening ideological and political educations.
