摘要
目的探究神经内科床边早期康复介入对脑卒中患者的临床效果。方法78例神经内科脑卒中患者,依据数字双盲法分为对照组与试验组,各39例。对照组采取常规康复干预,试验组采取床边早期康复介入干预。对比两组康复效果、康复依从性及干预前后相关功能康复情况。结果试验组康复总有效率为97.44%显著高于对照组的84.62%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组康复依从性为94.87%明显高于对照组的79.49%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,试验组日常生活能力评定量表(ADL)评分、Fugl-Meyer评分、神经功能缺损量表(NFD)评分分别为(69.45±11.21)、(55.16±8.81)、(40.59±7.42)分,均高于对照组的(63.43±11.56)、(50.97±8.54)、(37.04±7.58)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在脑卒中患者康复中实施神经内科床边早期康复介入可获取理想效果,可有效改善运动功能、生活自理能力以及神经功能,对良好康复具有重要意义,价值显著。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of early bedside rehabilitation intervention in neurology on the recovery of limb function in stroke patients.Methods A total of 78 cases of stroke patients in the department of neurology were divided into control group and experimental group according to the digital double-blind method,with 39 cases in each group.The control group received conventional rehabilitation intervention,while the experimental group received early bedside rehabilitation intervention.The rehabilitation effect,rehabilitation compliance and related functional rehabilitation before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of rehabilitation in the experimental group was 97.44%,which was significantly higher than 84.62%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The rehabilitation compliance of the experimental group was 94.87%,which was significantly higher than 79.49%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of activities of daily living(ADL)score,Fugl-Meyer score,and neurological function defect scale(NFD)score in the experimental group were(69.45±11.21),(55.16±8.81),and(40.59±7.42)points,which were higher than(63.43±11.56),(50.97±8.54),and(37.04±7.58)points in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Early bedside rehabilitation intervention has ideal effect in stroke patients,and can effectively improve the motor function,self-care ability and nerve function,and is of great importance and value for good rehabilitation.
