摘要
指出了小白菊内酯具有抗炎免疫调节、增加癌细胞的敏感性,从而提高细胞抗肿瘤活性等多种药用作用。采用超声提取、溶剂萃取、微波提取3种不同方法提取了惠白菊中的小白菊内酯,利用高效液相色谱含量进行了含量测定。结果表明:微波提取法提取小白菊内酯效率最高,进一步对其提取方法进行正交优化,得出最佳提取条件为:甲醇浓度为70%,料液比为1∶5,微波40s,此时测定的小白菊内酯含量为2.106 mg/g。
Parthenolide has many medicinal effects,such as anti-inflammatory and immune regulation,increasing the sensitivity of cancer cells,so as to improve the antitumor activity of cells.In this paper,three different methods of ultrasonic extraction,solvent extraction and microwave extraction were used to extract the parthenolide from Huibai Chrysanthemum.The content was determined by HPLC.It was found that the microwave extraction method had the highest extraction efficiency.The orthogonal optimization of the extraction method was carried out.The optimum extraction conditions were as follows:methanol concentration of 70%,solid-liquid ratio of 1:5 and microwave for 40s.At this time,the content of parthenolide was 2.106 mg/g.
