摘要
通过调研河北省高速公路稽查现状,分析常见偷逃费行为的特征,借助流水信息比对、多义路径拟合以及周期迭代等大数据分析方法,生成各偷逃费行为模型。以双向倒卡行为特征为例,提出一种利用多源数据融合、动态超时迭代以及收费流水比对相结合的在线稽查方法,采用Matlab2019编码借助差影法与形态学算法拟合框选稽查车辆异常特征,形成高速公路车辆行驶途中的可疑车辆信息,缩小在线稽查范围,提高稽查工作的针对性、高效性。
By investigating the current situation of highway inspection in Hebei,the characteristics of common fee evasion behaviors are analyzed.With the help of big data analysis methods such as flow information comparison,polysemy path fitting and periodic iteration,various fee evasion behavior models are generated.Taking the characteristics of two-way change cards behavior as an example,an online inspection method combining multisource data fusion,dynamic timeout iteration and toll flow comparison is proposed.The abnormal characteristics of vehicles are checked by using Matlab2019 coding,and the difference method&morphological algorithm are used to fit the frame selection,so as to form the suspicious vehicle information on the way of expressway vehicles,reduce the scope of online inspection,and improve the pertinence&efficiency of inspection work.
