摘要
随着智慧高校工作在全国范围内的展开,为了能更好衡量与指导未来智慧高校的信息化工作,必须为高校IT建设开发一套有效的评估技术。可行的方法是建立完整的评价模型;在此框架上,利用高校积累的评价大数据,设定3级评价指标;通过几种算法,分别获取主客观评价权值,再借助改进的ALM算法计算组合优化权值以获取综合评估效果。最后验证组合优化算法功效,及通过实例检验该算法的实效性。
With the development of intelligent campus project nationwide,it is necessary to develop a set of effective evaluating technology for colloge IT construction in order to better assess and guide IT construction of smart colleges in future.The feasible method is to build a complete evaluation model at first;then the evaluation big data accumulated by colleges was used to set up three-level evaluation indicators;by using several algorithms,the subjective and objective evaluation weights were obtained respectively,and then the combined optimization weights were calculated by the improved ALM algorithm to obtain the comprehensive evaluation effect.Finally,the efficacy of the combinatorial optimization algorithm was verified,and the effectiveness of the algorithm was tested by an example.
