摘要
目的:探讨肺小结节与早期肺癌诊断中采用64排螺旋CT检查的有效性。方法:选取2019年4月—2020年4月于成武县人民医院进行肺小结节与早期肺癌诊断的100例患者,根据随机数字法分为观察组与对照组,每组50例,观察组采用64排螺旋CT检查,对照组采用常规CT检查,比较两组检查方式下CT肿瘤征象(包含毛刺征、分叶征、棘突征、钙化征、空泡征、支气管征、胸膜凹陷征、血管集束征8项)、CT扫描图像质量、CT检查结果(包含确诊率、漏诊率、误诊率3项)、CT检查操作时间。结果:观察组64排螺旋CT诊断肺小结节与早期肺癌,CT肿瘤各征象检出人数占比显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组CT扫描图像质量优良率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组确诊44例为病检阳性,对照组确诊30例为病检阳性,观察组漏诊与误诊率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组检查操作时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:64排螺旋CT检查方式确诊率较高,图像质量较为清晰,用时较短,可用于临床诊断。
Objective To investigate the effectiveness of 64-row spiral CT in the diagnosis of small pulmonary nodules and early lung cancer.Methods A total of 100 patients diagnosed with pulmonary nodules and early lung cancer in Chengwu County People’s Hospital from April 2019 to April 2020 were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 50 patients in each group.The observation group was examined by 64-row spiral CT,and the control group was examined by conventional CT.CT tumor signs(including burr sign,lobulation sign,spinous process sign,calcification sign,vacuole sign,bronchial sign,pleural depression sign and vascular cluster sign),CT scan image quality,CT examination results(including diagnosis rate,missed diagnosis rate and misdiagnosis rate) and CT examination operation time were compared between the two groups.Results The 64-row spiral CT in the observation group diagnosed lung nodules and early lung cancer,and the proportion of CT tumor signs in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P <0.05).The good rate of CT scan image quality in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P <0.05).44 cases were confirmed positive in the observation group,and 30 cases were confirmed positive in the control group.The rate of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P <0.05).The operation time of observation group was significantly shorter than that of control group(P <0.05).Conclusion 64-row spiral CT has higher diagnosis rate,clearer image quality and shorter time,which can be used for clinical diagnosis.
