摘要
试验旨在研究丁酸梭菌、二甲酸钾及其组合使用对肉鸡生长性能、屠宰性能和免疫器官指数的影响。选用312只、1日龄健康的科宝肉鸡,随机分为4组,每组6个重复,每个重复13只。对照组肉鸡饲喂基础饲粮,试验组分别在基础饲粮中添加300 mg/kg丁酸梭菌、2 000 mg/kg二甲酸钾以及300 mg/kg丁酸梭菌+2 000 mg/kg二甲酸钾复合物。试验期42 d。结果显示:1~21和1~42日龄各处理组肉鸡的平均日采食量间差异不显著(P>0.05);1~21和1~42日龄试验组肉鸡的平均日增重显著高于对照组(P<0.05);1~42日龄试验组肉鸡的料重比显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。复合组肉鸡屠宰率和胸肌率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);二甲酸钾组和复合组肉鸡腿肌率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。二甲酸钾组和复合组肉鸡脾脏指数显著高于对照组(P<0.05);丁酸梭菌组和复合组肉鸡法氏囊指数显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究表明,试验组肉鸡经济效益均有所提高,饲粮中组合添加300 mg/kg丁酸梭菌+2 000 mg/kg二甲酸钾的效果最佳。
The experiment was to study the effect of Clostridium butyricum, potassium diformate and their combination on growth performance, slaughter performance and immune organ index of broilers. A total of 312 one-day-old healthy Cobb broilers were randomly divided into four groups with six replicates and 13 broilers in each replicate. The broilers in control group were fed with basal diet, and the broilers in test groups were fed with a basal diet supplemented with 300 mg/kg Clostridium butyricum, 2 000 mg/kg potassium diformate and 300 mg/kg Clostridium butyricum + 2 000 mg/kg potassium diformate complexes, respectively. The experiment lasted for 42 d. The results showed that there was no significant difference in the average daily food intake between 1~21 and 1~42 d old in each treatment group(P>0.05). The average daily gain at 1~21 and 1~42 d of age in each test group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05). The feed to gain ratio of 1~42 d old in each test group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05). The slaughter rate and chest muscle rate of the compound group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05). The leg muscle rate of potassium diformate group and compound group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05). The spleen indexes of potassium diformate group and compound group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05). The bursal index of Clostridium butyricum group and compound group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05). The experiment indicates that each test group can increase the economic benefits of broilers, and the combination of 300 mg/kg Clostridium butyricum+2 000 mg/kg potassium diformate was the best.
