摘要
联合情报体系组成元素庞杂,涉及诸多利益攸关方,依靠传统的建章立制方法难以兼顾全面。体系结构设计作为顶层设计的重要手段和综合集成的基础,可为体系发展建设绘制蓝图。对主流体系结构设计方法进行比较研究,采用当前最先进的UAF框架,分析其在联合情报体系结构设计中的适用性,提出基于UAF的联合情报体系结构设计流程,以美军联合作战情报支援为例设计体系结构,验证了方法的有效性和科学性。
The joint intelligence system is composed of many elements and involves many stakeholds,so it is difficult to take a comprehensive approach by the traditional method of building regulations. As an important tool for top-level design and a basis for comprehensive integration,architecture design can draw a blueprint for system development. This paper conducts a comparative study of the current major architecture design methods,adopts the current state-of-the-art UAF framework,analyzes its applicability in joint intelligence architecture design,proposes a UAF-based architecture design process,develops an architecture model with Intelligence Support to Joint Operations of the U.S Armed Forces as an example,and verifies the effectiveness and scientificity of the method.
