摘要
心血管重症监护是指对严重心血管疾病患者的特殊系统性管理。为了防止死亡,危重患者将使用先进的设备进行管理,如有创血流动力学监测和冠状动脉内介入程序和设备。在危重患者中实施心脏康复已被批准用于降低心血管死亡率、再次入院率和住院时间。心脏康复还能提高急性冠心病患者的运动耐力、焦虑、压力和抑郁。适当启动评估并提供个性化运动治疗将加速恢复过程,预防多器官功能障碍。
Cardiovascular intensive care refers to special systemic management for the patients with severe cardiovascular disease.In order to prevent death,patients in critically ill conditions will be managed with advanced equipment,such as invasive hemodynamic monitoring and intracoronary interventional procedures and devices.Implementation of cardiac rehabilitation in patients with critical conditions has been approved to reduce cardiovascular mortality,hospital re-admission rates and length of stay in hospital.It also improves exercise tolerance,anxiety,stress and depression which are highly prevalent in patients with acute coronary heart disease.Appropriately initiate evaluation and provide individualized exercise treatment will accelerate healing process and prevent multi-organ dysfunction.
