摘要
为了研究风冷陈列柜的电加热除霜特性,对某型号风冷冷冻陈列柜除霜过程进行试验,根据蒸发器的温度特性将电加热除霜过程分为加热期、融霜期、滴水期和干燥期,据此确定除霜的时长。并进一步在不同结霜情况下,对固定电加热时间和根据蒸发器温度两种控制策略除霜试验结果进行比较,结果显示,根据蒸发器温度策略在霜层较厚时加热时长从25min增加到30min,具有更好的除霜效果,在霜层较薄时加热时长从25min减少到20min,提高了电加热的效率,同时柜内货物的温升从3.1℃降低到2.0℃,可见根据蒸发器温度的除霜控制策略在复杂结霜情况下具有更好的除霜效果。
In order to study the electric heating defrosting characteristics of air-cooled showcases,the defrosting process of a certain model of air-cooled freezing showcases was tested.According to the evaporator temperature characteristics,the electric heating defrosting process is divided into heating period,defrosting period,dripping period and drying period to determine the duration of defrosting.Furthermore,under different frosting conditions,the defrosting test of two control strategies based on fixed electric heating time and evaporator temperatures were compared.The results show that the control strategy based on evaporator temperatures increases the electric heating time from 25 minutes to 30 minutes to achieve a better defrosting effect,when the frost layer is thick,and decreases the electric heating time from 25 minutes to 20 minutes when the frost layer is thin.As a result,the efficiency of electric heating is improved,and the temperature rise of goods in the showcase is reduced from 3.1℃to 2.0℃.This shows that the defrosting control strategy based on evaporator temperatures has better defrosting effect under complex frosting conditions.
