摘要
基于对Reynolds方程和动压气膜厚度方程,运用中心差分法和Newton-Raphson迭代法进行耦合求解数学模型,在Matlab软件中对理论分析进行编程求解,给出了多箔片气体动压径向轴承静特性的求解方法,确定箔片轴承基本参数,计算分析动压轴承的静特性,通过不同的轴径转速对动压轴承的气膜压力、箔片变形、承载力和姿态角的影响展开研究,得到了多箔片气体动压径向轴承随轴径转速的变化规律,为多箔片气体动压径向轴承的实际工程应用提供参考。
Based on the equation and dynamic air film thickness equation is derived,using the central difference method and iterative method for coupling mathematical model for solving the theoretical analysis are in Matlab software programming to solve,More foil is given for solving the characteristic of gas dynamic pressure radial bearing static method,determining the basic parameters,foil bearing calculation analysis of the dynamic pressure bearing static characteristics,through the different diameter of axle rotational speed of the gas film pressure of dynamic pressure bearing,foil deformation,bearing capacity,and study the influence of attitude Angle,got more foil gas dynamic pressure radial bearing changing with the diameter of axle rotational speed,This paper provides reference for practical engineering application of multi-foil pneumatic radial bearings.
