摘要
建党百年以来,劳动教育始终贯穿于党的各项工作之中。在这百年的历史发展中,劳动教育经历了从萌芽起步到探索推进、从稳步发展到创新飞跃的四个阶段。劳动教育之所以能够历经百年而不衰,是因为马克思主义是党劳动教育发展的基石,是我国耕读文化的历史传承,且教育内涵在实践中与时俱进。新时代的劳动教育必须要注意政治性、思想性、时代性和协同性齐头并进,这就要求必须始终坚持党的全面领导,必须坚持马克思主义劳动观,必须坚持教育要素与时俱进,必须加快形成统筹共育合力,从而在新时代构筑起劳动教育的中国模式。
A hundred years since the founding of the Communist Party of China,labor education has always been throughout the work of the Party. During one hundred years of historical development,labor education has gone through four stages,from germination to exploration and promotion,and from steady development to innovation and leap. The reason why labor education can last through a hundred years is that Marxism is the cornerstone of the development of the Party’s labor education,the historical inheritance of China’s cultivation and reading culture,and the connotation of education keeps pace with the times in practice. New era of labor education requires politics,ideology,times and coordination go hand in hand. It is a must to always adhere to the overall leadership of the Party,to adhere to the view of Marxist labor, to adhere to the education elements to keep pace with the times,and to speed up the formation of synergy as a whole,only to construct the labor education model in China in the new era.
