粉煤灰掺量对塑性混凝土静态强度特性的影响分析 被引量:6

摘要 粉煤灰掺量对塑性混凝土的静态强度特性有着显著的影响,为了探究粉煤灰掺量对塑性混凝土静态强度特性发展规律的影响,在其他因素不变的条件下,配制了粉煤灰掺量为0、10%、20%、30%、40%的塑性混凝土并进行28 d龄期强度试验以及弹性模量测定。结果表明,粉煤灰掺量达到20%,塑性混凝土坍落度和扩展度达到最大值。粉煤灰掺量小于20%时,随粉煤灰掺量增加而增加的趋势,粉煤灰掺量大于20%时,随粉煤灰掺量增加而减小。塑性混凝土泌水率在粉煤灰掺量为30%时达到最大值。随着粉煤灰掺量的增加,混凝土抗压强度逐渐减小,塑性混凝土弹性模量随粉煤灰掺量的增大呈减小的趋势。 The content of fly ash has a significant influence on the static strength characteristics of plastic concrete.In order to explore the influence of the content of fly ash on the development law of the static strength characteristics of plastic concrete,this paper prepared plastic concrete with the content of fly ash of 0,10%,20%,30% and 40% under the condition of other factors unchanged,and carried out 28 day strength test and elastic modulus measurement.The results show that the content of fly ash reaches 20%,and the slump and expansion of plastic concrete reach the maximum.When the content of fly ash is less than 20%,it increases with the increase of fly ash content.When the content of fly ash is more than 20%,it decreases with the increase of fly ash content.The bleeding rate of plastic concrete reaches the maximum when the content of fly ash is 30%,the elastic modulus of plastic concrete decreases with the increase of fly ash content.
