摘要
新时代背景下,传统高校党建模式未能有效引领人才培养这一问题逐渐凸显。基层结构固化、组织生活形式化、教育—科研工作脱节、无法适应网络新媒体带来的外部冲击等现象的存在,使当代大学生在人际交往、团队协作、实践能力、组织信仰方面获得的培养有所缺失。高校党建有必要构建适应新时代人才培养要求的新路径,将党建工作和业务工作的深度融合作为党建的新重点,积极应对社会转型对意识形态教育工作带来的挑战,与时俱进地开展价值引领工作,通过党建引领学生发展与社会需求紧密接轨。“党建+研学”融合发展新时代高校人才培养路径包括创新支部设置、搭建党建育人新平台、加强校企合作、推进科研导师制等。
In the new era,it has become increasingly prominent that traditional Party building in colleges and universities fails to perform the function of talent cultivation and guidance.Problems,such as inflexible grassroots structures,formalism in regular activities of Party organizations,disconnection between education and scientific research,inability to address the external impact brought by the new media,etc,partly lead to contemporary college students'lack of interpersonal skills,team spirit,practical ability and faith in the Party.It is necessary for colleges and universities to build a new path for Party building to meet the requirements of talent cultivation in the new era,take the integration of Party building and professional work as the new focus in Party building,actively respond to the challenges in ideological education which have arisen from social transformation,provide students with guidance on values in ways that keep up with the times,and cultivate students according to social needs through Party building.The strategy of the integrated development of"party building+research and learning"is proposed,which includes innovating in Party branch establishment,creating a new platform for talent cultivation through party building,strengthening school-enterprise cooperation,and promoting the research mentoring system.
