科技支撑深入打好污染防治攻坚战策略研究——以重庆市为例

摘要 生态环境科技是持续改善生态环境,推动绿色低碳发展的核心利器。本文在全面总结重庆市生态环境核心技术、科研创新平台、人才队伍和产业发展等现状的基础上,识别出当前存在科技成果前瞻引领不足、关键技术亟需突破和环保产业竞争力不强等突出短板和问题,并从科研平台建设、核心技术研发和科技体制改革等六方面,提出了“十四五”期间加快生态环境科技创新的对策建议,以期支撑引领重庆市深入打好污染防治攻坚战,筑牢长江上游重要生态屏障。 Eco-environment science and technology is the core weapon, which can continuously improve eco-environment and promote green and low-carbon development. On the basis of comprehensively summarizing the current situation of Chongqing′s eco-environment core technology, scientific and technological innovation platform, talent team and industrial development, which can identify some outstanding problems, such as scientific and technological achievements are not forward-looking enough, key technological innovations are not enough, urgent breakthroughs in key technologies, and competitiveness of the environmental protection industry is not strong, in order to accelerate the innovation of eco-environment science and technology during " the 14th Five-Year Plan" period, we have put forward suggestions from six aspects, such as construction of scientific research platforms, core technology research and development, the reform of scientific and technological systems and so on, which can support and lead Chongqing to deeply fight the battle against pollution, and build an important ecological barrier in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River.
