摘要
政治经济学以政治为先,为经济学提供价值立场、制度、体制等保障。资本主义政治经济学“以资本为中心”,其逻辑造成了社会和人的发展危机。马克思主义的政治经济学强调坚持人民立场,维护人民利益,“以人民为中心”。“以人民为中心”是对“以资本为中心”的扬弃,其根本宗旨是“依靠人民”“为了人民”“发展成果由人民共享”。“以人民为中心”不是抽象的价值悬设,而是在党的领导下,以唯物史观为指导,以中国特色社会主义基本经济制度及其体制等为实现路径,有效保障其从理论转变为现实。
Political economics takes politics first.It should provide economics with the guarantee of value position,system,and social ideological atmosphere.Capitalist political economics is“capital centered”,and its logic has caused the crisis of social and human development.Marxist political economics is people-centered,attaching importance to adhering to people’s position and safeguarding the people’s interests.Being the sublation of capital centered,fundamental purpose of people-centered is“relying on the people”,“for the people”and“the development achievements are shared by the people”,which is the greatest“politics”.“Taking the people as the center”is realized through the basic economic system of socialism with Chinese characteristics under the guidance of historical materialism.
