摘要
目的:评价橡皮障隔离法活髓切断术治疗乳磨牙深龋伴可复性牙髓炎患儿效果。方法:选取2019年2月~2020年6月期间我院收治的96例乳磨牙深龋伴可复性牙髓炎患儿作为研究对象,根据家属意愿按照治疗方案不同分为研究组和对照组,各48例。对照组采用传统活髓切断术,研究组采用橡皮障隔离法活髓切断术。对比家属满意度、操作时间、治疗成功率、龈沟液内前列腺素E2(Prostaglandin E2,PGE2)与一氧化氮(Nitric oxide,NO)水平。结果:研究组操作时间短于对照组(P<0.05);研究组术后3个月、6个月治疗成功率高于对照组(P<0.05);术后1 d、3 d研究组龈沟液内PGE2、NO低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组家属满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:橡皮障隔离法活髓切断术在乳磨牙深龋伴可复性牙髓炎患儿治疗中,可增加成功率、家属满意度,缓解炎性反应。
Objective:To evaluate the effect of rubber dam isolation pulpotomy in the treatment of children with deep caries of deciduous molars and refolding pulpitis.Methods:A total of 96 children with deep caries of deciduous molars and refolding pulpitis in our hospital were selected and divided into 2 groups according to different treatment plans,with 48 cases in each group.The control group underwent traditional pulpotomy,and the study group underwent rubber dam isolation method pulpotomy.Family satisfaction,operation time,treatment success rate,prostaglandin E2(PGE2)and nitric oxide(NO)levels in gingival crevicular fluid were comopared between the two groups.Results:The operation time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05);the treatment success rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group at 3 months and 6 months after the operation(P<0.05);the PGE2 and NO in gingival sulcus liquid of the study group were lower than those in the control group 1 and 3 days after operation(P<0.05);the satisfaction degree of family members in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Rubber dam isolation method pulpotomy can increase the success rate,family satisfaction,and alleviate inflammatory reactions in the treatment of children with deep caries of deciduous molars with refolding pulpitis.
