摘要
目的探讨脑卒中后伴精神症状患者的治疗方法。方法将50例脑卒中后伴有精神症状患者随机分为两组,各25例。在临床对症治疗的同时,对照组给予常规护理,而观察组加用“五行音乐疗法”。对比两组疗效、负面情绪、生活质量、NIHSS评分、患者家属满意度情况。结果观察组总有效率为92%,高于对照组的68%(χ^(2)=4.50,P=0.034);观察组负面情绪、生活质量及NIHSS评分改善程度优于对照组(t=4.65-8.12,P<0.01);观察组患者家属满意度为96%,高于对照组的68%(χ^(2)=4.88,P=0.027)。结论“五行音乐疗法”佐治脑卒中后伴精神症状患者,可以更好地改善患者的脑卒中症状与负面情绪,提高患者生活质量及患者家属满意度。
Objective To explore the treatment of post-stroke patients with mental symptoms.Methods Fifty stroke patients with mental symptoms were randomly divided into two groups,with 25 cases in each group.During the treatment,the control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given five-element music therapy.The curative effect,negative emotions,quality of life,NIHSS score,and family satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 92%,higher than 68%in the control group(χ^(2)=4.50,P=0.034).The negative emotions,quality of life and NIHSS scores in the observation group were improved more than those in the control group(t=4.65-8.12,P<0.01).The satisfaction rate of family members in the observation group was 96%,higher than 68%in the control group(χ^(2)=4.88,P=0.027).Conclusion The five-element music therapy can help to treat stroke patients with mental symptoms by relieving the symptoms and negative emotions and improving the quality of life and the satisfaction of family members.
