摘要
习近平总书记关于教师队伍建设的重要论述是将马克思主义的基本原理同中国教育改革的时代要求和中国教师队伍建设的具体实践相结合而逐步形成的,是具有完整内在逻辑体系的中国特色社会主义教师队伍建设思想。习近平总书记提出教师是立教之本、兴教之源,明确教师的使命是为党育人、为国育才,强调教师应该具备“以德为首”的综合素养,倡导教师要坚持终身学习,指出要构建全方位的教师发展保障体系,要求建立以师范院校为主体、高水平非师范院校参与的中国特色教师教育体系。教育系统深入学习和贯彻落实习近平总书记关于教师队伍建设的重要论述并取得显著成效,教师队伍规模迅速扩大,专业化水平不断提高,结构不断优化,政策体系日益完善,待遇保障持续加强。习近平总书记关于教师队伍建设的重要论述从战略层面指明了教师队伍建设的改革方向,从理论层面深化了教师队伍建设的内在规律,从实践层面提供了教师队伍建设的行动指南。
The CPC Central Committee’s General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important expositions on the construction of the teaching force,developed by means of integrating the basic tenets of Marxism with China’s contemporary demands for educational reforms and its practice of the construction of the teaching force,are thoughts on the construction of the socialist teaching force,with Chinese characteristics as well as a complete logical system.According to Xi Jinping,teachers serve as the root and source of education and its development;teachers shoulder the mission of cultivating talents and citizens for the CPC and the country;teachers are supposed to have virtue-first comprehensive qualities;teachers need to adhere to lifelong learning;and we must build an all-round system for teacher development and guaranty,as well as a teacher education system with Chinese characteristics,where normal colleges and universities play a major role,and non-normal colleges and universities participate.After learning and practicing Xi Jinping’s important expositions on the construction of the teaching force,the educational system has made outstanding achievements.Specifically,it has rapidly increased the teaching force’s quantity,improved its professional qualities,optimized its structure,promoted its policy system,and consolidated its salaries and benefits.Strategically,these important expositions show the orientation to the reform of the construction of the teaching force;theoretically,they deepen the inner laws of the construction of the teaching force;and practically,they offer guidelines for the construction of the teaching force.
