摘要
分析了传统的直升机维修存在的维护效率低、成本高等问题;然后简要介绍了基于状态维修技术的概念及其组成部分;分析了状态维修技术在美国直升机上的应用情况,以及我国直升机维修目前存在的差距;最后指出状态维修技术是装备维修发展的必然趋势,明确了下一步需要努力的方向。
Analyzed the problems of low maintenance effectiveness and high cost of traditional helicopter maintenance.Then briefly introduced the concept of the condition-based maintenance technology and its components,and made substantial analysis on the key technologies of the condition-based maintenance system,analyzed the application situation in the United States and the current gap between our country and United States.Finally,the paper pointed out the condition-based maintenance technology would be the trend of the development of Equipment Maintenance,and has made clear the direction for our future effort.
