摘要
目的探究天麻破壁饮片与倍他司汀结合治疗前庭性眩晕患者的临床疗效。方法方便选择2019年11月—2020年10月该院接收的50例前庭性眩晕患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组25例,观察组接受天麻破壁饮片与倍他司汀联合治疗,对照组接受倍他司汀治疗,对治疗前后两组患者血脂指标以及治疗总有效率、不良反应发生情况进行比较。结果两组患者治疗前的LDL-C、TC、TG水平比较,差异无统计学意义(t=0.071、0.100、0.135,P=0.944、0.921、0.893);治疗后,与对照组相比,观察组LDL-C、TC、TG水平均降低,差异有统计学意义(t=3.291、4.039、3.804,P<0.05);观察组与对照组的治疗总有效率分别为96.0%、68.0%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.878,P<0.05);与对照组不良反应发生率(24.0%)相比,观察组(20.0%)更低,但差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.117,P=0.733)。结论应用天麻破壁饮片与倍他司汀联合治疗前庭性眩晕患者可取得显著临床疗效。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Tianma broken wall decoction pieces combined with betahistine in the treatment of patients with vestibular vertigo.Methods A total of 50 patients with vestibular vertigo received in the hospital from November 2019 to October 2020 were conveniently selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,25 cases in each group.The observation group received the combined treatment of Tianma broken wall decoction pieces and betahistine,the control group received betahistine treatment,and the blood lipid indexes before and after treatment,the total effective rate of treatment,and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups of patients.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the levels of LDL-C,TC and TG between the two groups before treatment(t=0.071,0.100,0.135,P=0.944,0.921,0.893);after treatment,compared with the control group,the levels of LDL-C,TC,and TG in the observation group were decreased,and the difference was statistically significant(t=3.291,4.039,3.804,P<0.05);the total effective rates of the observation group and the control group were 96.0%and 68.0%,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.878,P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group(20.0%)was lower than that in the control group(24.0%),but the difference was not statistically significant(χ^(2)=0.117,P=0.733).Conclusion Application of Tianma broken wall decoction pieces combined with betahistine in the treatment of vestibular vertigo patients can achieve significant clinical efficacy.
