思政教育潜移默化于诊断学教学中的应用探索 被引量:4

摘要 目的研究思政教育潜移默化于诊断学教学中的应用方法。方法按照学生及班级情况随机分成2组,即观察组和对照组。观察组加入思政教育元素教学,即在《诊断学基础》的不同章节添加思政教育元素,并将这些思政教育元素和医学生将来就业所必须的职业素养相结合。对照组不加入思政教育。对最终教学效果进行对比分析。结果研究发现,通过给观察组加入思政教育教学,对照组没有加入思政教育教学。综合测试成绩提示,观察组平均分为86.126分,对照组平均分为76.223分。经单因素方差分析,F=27.005,P=0.00<0.05。期末综合测试成绩观察组较对照组平均分明显增高,差异有统计学意义。在实习期间带教老师及科室评价方面,观察组较对照组适应良好所占比例明显增高,差异无统计学意义。结论5将思政教育融入诊断学教学可以影响学生对理论知识的掌握程度,还可提高医学生的职业素养及工作适应情况。 Objective To study the application of Ideological and political education in diagnostics teaching.Methods According to the situation of students and classes,they were randomly divided into two groups,the observation group and the control group.The observation group added the elements of Ideological and political education,that is,the elements of Ideological and political education were added in different chapters of the basic diagnostics,and these elements of Ideological and political education were combined with the professional quality of medical students for future employment.The control group did not participate in Ideological and political education.Comparative analysis of the final teaching effect.Results The study found that the observation group was given ideological and political education,while the control group was not.The comprehensive test results showed that the average score of the observation group was 86.126,and that of the control group was 76.223.By one-way anova,F=27.005,P=0.00<0.05.The average score of the final comprehensive test in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant.In the evaluation of teachers and departments during the internship,the proportion of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,but there was no statistical significance.Conclusion Integrating Ideological and political education into diagnostics teaching can not only affect students'mastery of theoretical knowledge,but also improve medical students'professional quality and work adaptation.
