摘要
近红外二区(second near-infrared,NIR-Ⅱ)光因其高组织穿透性及低组织吸收性而得到业内的广泛关注,其荧光成像应用包括血管成像、神经成像、细胞示踪等,其中活体细胞示踪致力于研究细胞的运动轨迹,进而探究体内病理生理过程以寻找治疗方案。肿瘤细胞的示踪可以明确了解其转移并辅助外科手术;干细胞及免疫细胞的示踪可以为细胞治疗法的优化提供有力的依据。本文根据不同的细胞类型进行分类,详细介绍了近年来NIR-Ⅱ荧光成像在细胞示踪上的应用进展,并就现有技术的不足及今后的研究展望展开讨论。
Second near-infrared(NIR-Ⅱ)light has been a focus of attention due to its feature of deep tissue penetration and low tissue absorbance.It can be used in vascular imaging,nerve imaging or cell tracking,which is devoted to reveal cell migration and the mechanism of pathophysiology in order to find possible treatment options.It is not only be utilized to guide the tumor resection by deciding whether a tumor has metastasis,but also optimize the cell therapy by tracking commonly used cells such as stem cells and immune cells.This review summarizes the appliance of NIR-Ⅱfluorescence imaging in cell tracking technology according to different cell types.Furthermore,the challenges and future prospects of NIR-based cell tracking technologies are also discussed.
