摘要
哈尔滨工程大学核科学与技术学院集中学校和学院优质教育教学资源,倾心打造核科学创新型人才培养实验班,探索核工程专业高素质拔尖创新型人才培养新模式。核创班采取3+X培养模式,对标国际一流大学核工程与核技术专业培养方案梳理和调整课程体系,全程采用资深教授小班授课,配备学术导师1对1指导学业、科研和创新创业。学院优先资助核创班学生出国留学深造,鼓励学生选择本硕博联合培养,为学生搭建创新创业平台,营造良好科学研究氛围。
By concentrating quality education and teaching resources, the College of Nuclear Science and Technology(hereinafter referred to as CNST) of Harbin Engineering University established a Pilot Class for training nuclear science innovative talents, so as to explore a new mode of training nuclear engineering top-notch innovative personnel with high quality. This Pilot Class adopts the 3+X training mode, according to the training programs of nuclear engineering and nuclear technology majors of world-class universities. Students are given lectures in a small-sized class by senior professors and 1-to-1 guidance are ensured. Priority of studying abroad and a comprehensive training mode of undergraduate-master-doctoral degrees are open for them. Platform for innovation and entrepreneurship is also provided, so as to create a good atmosphere for scientific research.
