摘要
中国足协与俱乐部协同发展是促进中国足球整体水平提升的关键,其核心问题是解决中国足球与俱乐部发展方式协同转变过程中的利益分配问题。运用文献资料法等研究方法,对我国职业足球系统内中国足协和职业俱乐部2个主要利益主体在体育发展方式协同转变过程中的利益需求、利益分化和利益整合3个层面进行探析。研究表明:应该改变利益供给的精英倾向,协同拓宽多元化战略对接机制;疏通利益需求的表达渠道,协同组建全方位利益反馈机制;厘清利益驱动的社会责任,协同创新立体化利益协调机制;调控利益设计的改革理路,协同组建一体化利益均衡机制。
The coordinated development of the Chinese Football Association and the club is the key to promoting the overall level of Chinese football.Using literature and other research methods,this paper analyzes the interest needs,interest differentiation and interest integration of the two main stakeholders in my country’s professional football system,the Chinese Football Association and professional clubs,in the process of coordinated transformation of sports development methods.The research shows that:the elite tendency of benefit supply should be changed,and the diversified strategy docking mechanism should be expanded collaboratively;the channels for expressing interest needs should be cleared,and a comprehensive benefit feedback mechanism should be established;The reform rationale of interest design,and the coordinated establishment of an integrated interest balance mechanism.
