摘要
随着互联网技术和信息网络技术的飞速发展,电子商务得到了快速发展,成了人们社会生活中不可缺少的一部分。在这个网络经济时代,企业之间的竞争越来越激烈,而信息管理与信息系统作为现代社会的重要组成部分,也是企业生存和发展中不可缺少的一个关键环节。文章主要从信息管理与信息系统的概念入手,分析了电子商务对传统商业模式的冲击以及对当今时代的影响,并提出了解决这些问题的措施及建议。
With the rapid development of Internet technology and information network technology,e-commerce has developed rapidly and become an indispensable part of people’s social life.In this era of network economy,the competition between enterprises is becoming more and more fierce,and information management and information system,as an important part of modern society,are also an indispensable key link in the survival and development of enterprises.Starting with the concept of information management and information system,the impact of e-commerce on traditional business model and measures and suggestions to solve these problems.
