摘要
当前,军事变革进入深水区,对联合作战任务的系统化、形式化和标准化描述是联合作战筹划过程中的基础内容,也是组织联合军事训练的重要依据。论文首先阐述了联合作战任务清单的研究现状,全面地介绍了现有的、典型的联合作战任务清单技术;然后分析其优缺点;最后对联合作战任务清单技术的发展前景进行了展望,指出该研究领域需要进一步研究的问题和发展方向。研究联合作战任务清单技术,对“军委管总、战区主战、军种主建”的功能定位具有十分重要的基础意义,尤其是在联合作战筹划和联合军事训练领域。
At present,the military reform enters the deep water,the systematization,formalization and standardization de⁃scription of the joint combat task is the necessary content in the joint combat planning process,and it is also an important basis for organizing the joint military training.This paper first expounds the research status of the joint combat task list,introduces the exist⁃ing and typical joint combat task list technology in a comprehensive way,then analyzes its advantages and disadvantages,and final⁃ly focuses on the development prospect of the joint combat mission list technology,and points out the problems and development di⁃rection that need to be further studied in this research field.The study of joint combat mission list technology is of great basic signifi⁃cance to the functional orientation of"theaters dominate battle and services dominate construction",especially in the aspects of joint combat planning and joint military training.
