摘要 随着气象现代化的推进,气象预报对雷达与多源观测数据的融合检验与应用提出了新的要求。针对业务需求,基于反向代理、分布式数据库、大数据统计分析、三维展示等技术,设计开发了集产品生成、应用和管理于一体的综合气象观测产品系统。系统基于雷达组网产品与多源数据,开发了冰雹、降水、风场等产品,实现了以要素为导向的多源数据集成、检验和分析,为气象预报与强天气监测提供精准分析;系统采用关系型与文件型数据库混合搭建的技术,解决了多种类格式数据存储问题,分布式设计增加了系统的存储、计算和处理能力。基于雷达拼图数据的三维可视化展示,提升了预报预测分析的“可视化”水平。对系统监测到的83个冰雹个例应用检验结果表明,冰雹识别探测概率(POD)为95.2%,虚警率(FAR)为28.2%,临界成功指数(CSI)为69.3%;最大预期冰雹尺寸(MEHS)越大,CSI识别效果越好,系统对直径30 mm以上的冰雹识别效果较理想。将系统监测的2018年5月28日蓬莱、莱州等地和2019年5月17日北京通州、大兴等地发生的冰雹过程与灾情直报系统的冰雹实况对比发现,系统监测的强冰雹落区和最大冰雹尺寸与实况基本吻合,系统的冰雹监测产品的应用检验效果较好。 With the advancement of meteorological modernization,new requirements are put forward for the fusion test and application of radar and multi-source observation data.Based on reverse agent,distributed database,big data statistical analysis,three-dimensional display and other technologies,the comprehensive meteorological observation product system integrating product generation,application and management is developed for the meteorological operation needs.Based on radar networking and multisource data,the system can produce hail,precipitation,wind and other products,achieving the elementoriented integration,verification and analysis of multi-source data,thus to provide accurate analysis for meteorological forecast and severe weather monitoring.The system adopts the technology of building a mixed relational database and file database to solve the storage requirements of multi-format data.The distributed design increases the storage,computing and processing capacity of the system.The three-dimensional visualization display based on the radar Mosaic data improves the“visualization”level of forecast and projection analysis.According to the application verification of 83 hail cases,the hail recognition POD is 95.2%,FAR is 28.2%and CSI is 69.3%.The bigger the expected size of MEHS,the better the CSI recognition effected.Then the system has better MEHS recognition effect for hails with diameter more than 30 mm.Comparing the hail processes detected by the system in Penglai,Laizhou and other places on 28 May 2018 and in Tongzhou and Daxing districts of Beijing on 17 May 2019 with the actual hail situation submitted directly by the disaster reporting system,we have found that the falling area of heavy hail and the size of maximum hail basically coincide with the actual situation.So,the hail monitoring products have a good application and verification effect.
