摘要
目的探究加速康复外科模式下乳腺癌患者出院准备度与出院指导质量现状。方法采用便利抽样法,使用一般资料调查表、出院准备度量表、出院指导质量量表,对某三甲医院乳腺外科加速康复外科模式下的140例乳腺癌出院患者进行调查。结果根据各量表计算,乳腺癌患者的出院准备度总分为(64.59±4.78)分,出院指导质量总分为(134.05±3.92)分,患者的需要内容得分高于获得内容得分。结论临床治疗过程中,乳腺癌患者在加速康复外科模式下的出院准备度一般,出院指导质量较高,但在指导内容上却依然存在一定弊端,和患者的实际需求存在一定的差距。应加强患者的出院健康教育,以更好地促进患者出院准备度的提升。
Objective Investigate the status quo of discharge readiness and discharge guidance quality of breast cancer patients in the mode of Enheanced Recovery After Surgery.Methods Using convenience sampling method,general data questionnaire,discharge readiness scale and discharge instruction quality scale,140 patients with breast cancer discharged from a tertiary hospital under the management mode of Enheanced Recovery After Surgery process in breast surgery were investigated.Results Calculated according to various scales,the total score of discharge readiness was(64.59±4.78).The total score of discharge guidance quality was(134.05±3.92)points.The required content score was significantly higher than the obtained content score.Conclusion In the course of clinical treatment,breast cancer patients are generally prepared for discharge under Enheanced Recovery After Surgery model,and the quality of discharge guidance is high,but there are still some drawbacks in the content of the guidance,and there is a certain gap between the actual needs of the patients.Because the discharge health education of patients should be attached great importance to better promote the preparation of patients for discharge.
