近距离采空区下巷道循环掘进的应力扰动特征 被引量:4

摘要 为探究近距离采空区下的巷道在重复性开挖过程中对邻近顶板的扰动影响,基于葫芦素煤矿2-1煤开采后22103运输巷的采掘环境,模拟巷道多次开挖推进过程,得到了卸载扰动应力与邻近锚固区顶板之间的扰动关系。结果表明,邻近顶板受到循环开挖的扰动应力呈现波形递减趋势,由应力波传播特点将扰动区域分为近场扰动区、中场扰动区及远场扰动区。顶板所受的扰动应力与距离两者之间的联系可视为“指数函数”关系式。同一位置顶板所受到的当次开挖卸载的扰动应力比前一次开挖卸载的扰动应力小,且每次的应力变化量近乎相同。现场钻孔窥视效果表明,厚锚固圈层的建立可大大提高顶板岩层整体性。 In order to explore the disturbance of repeated roadway excavation on adjacent roof under close-range goaf, based on the mining environment of 22103 transportation roadway after coal mining in Hulusu Coal Mine 2-1, the disturbance relationship between unloading disturbance stress and adjacent roof in anchoring area was obtained by simulating multiple excavation progress of the roadway. The results show that the disturbance stress of adjacent roof subjected to cyclic excavation shows a decreasing trend of waveform, and the disturbance area can be divided into near field disturbance area, middle field disturbance area and far field disturbance area according to the stress wave propagation characteristics. It can be regarded that the disturbance stress on the roof is exponentially related to the distance. The disturbance stress of the roof in the same position is less than that of the previous excavation, and the stress variation is almost the same each time. Field drilling peeping results show that establishing the thick anchorage zone can greatly improve the integrity of roof strata.
