摘要
蔬菜产业是长沙市望城区现代农业发展的支柱产业,具有较好的现代蔬菜产业发展基础与支撑条件。笔者分析了望城区蔬菜产业发展的现状、优势和存在的问题;从战略定位,“一带、两园、三组团和多点”的空间布局,重点发展排菜、辣椒2大主导产业,积极发展四季时令蔬菜和叶菜类2大特色产业,全面提升种苗产业、加工业、冷链物流与电子商务、休闲农业与乡村旅游4大融合产业等方面,阐述了望城区现代蔬菜产业的发展思路;并从加强政策扶持、加大资金投入,强化技术推广、提高科技含量,培育龙头企业、增强示范带动效应,保护产地环境、重视蔬菜质量安全,加强宣传推介、树立蔬菜品牌5个方面提出了促进望城区现代蔬菜产业发展的对策。
Vegetable industry is a pillar of modern agricultural development in Wangcheng District of Changsha,which has a good foundation and supporting conditions.This paper introduces the development status,advantages and restrictive factors of vegetable industry in Wangcheng District,and puts forward the development ideas and spatial layout of vegetable industry(i.e.,"one belt,two gardens,three groups and multiple points"):focus on the development of two leading industries,namely,potherb mustard and pepper;actively develop two characteristic industries of seasonal vegetables and leafy vegetables;comprehensively upgrade four integrated industries,namely seeds and seedlings,processing industry,cold-chain logistics and E-commerce,leisure agriculture and rural tourism.And then,the development countermeasures of modern vegetable industry in Wangcheng District are put forward from five aspects:strengthening policy support,increasing capital investment,strengthening technology popularization,improving scientific and technological content,cultivating leading enterprises,enhancing demonstration and driving effect,protecting the environment of producing areas,focusing on the quality and safety of vegetables,strengthening publicity and promotion,and establishing vegetable brands.
