摘要
近年来,受高等教育大众化的影响,大学物流管理与服务对象的基数正在不断扩大,对相关岗位也存在不少机会与挑战。因此,后勤管理工作已经成为了高等教育的一个基础性与支持性工作,担负着为师生进行教育、科研、生活等方面服务的主要任务,是中国高等教育发展中不能忽略的重要环节之一。该文在对中国高校后勤管理工作所面临的主要问题加以分析和简单说明的基础上,着重介绍了中国高校后勤管理工作的优化措施。
In recent years, affected by the popularization of higher education, the base of logistics management service objects in colleges and universities has been expanding, and the related posts are facing many opportunities and challenges. Therefore, logistics management has become a basic and supporting work of higher education, which undertakes the main task of serving teachers and students in education, scientific research and life. It is one of the important links that can not be ignored in the development of higher education in China. Based on the analysis and simple explanation of the main problems faced by the logistics management of colleges and universities in China, this paper focuses on the optimization measures of the logistics management of colleges and universities in China.
